Terms of Sale

Kut (Kut) operates an online pre-order storefront for curated gym wear and training apparel. We are a curator and reseller, not a manufacturer. We do not claim to make, print, or stitch garments ourselves.

When you place an order, we source items through third-party suppliers on your behalf and arrange delivery within Tunisia. Product photos and descriptions represent the style we intend to supply; minor variations in shade, label, or finish may occur depending on the supplier batch.

All sales on this site are pre-orders. You are committing to buy before we have finished sourcing your items. Prices are shown in TND (millimes) and are fixed at checkout for the items listed in your order confirmation.

Placing an order does not guarantee immediate shipment. Fulfillment follows the delivery window stated at checkout (currently expected by end of July 2026), subject to supplier availability and logistics.

Payment is cash on delivery only. You pay when the parcel reaches the address you provide — not online at checkout. If you refuse delivery without a valid reason under these terms, we may treat the order as cancelled and restrict future orders.

The amount due is the total shown in your order confirmation. No card processing fees apply because we do not charge cards on this site.

We deliver to addresses in Tunisia using the details you submit at checkout. You are responsible for accurate name, phone, and address information.

Estimated delivery is communicated on the product page, checkout, and order confirmation. Delays may occur due to sourcing, customs, carrier issues, or events outside our reasonable control. We will use reasonable efforts to inform you of material delays.

Cancellation is only possible while your order status is Placed or Confirmed, shown in your account order history. Once sourcing has begun, your order is binding because we may already have committed to a supplier.

We may cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if delivery details are invalid. In that case we will not require payment on delivery.

Because items are sourced to your order, change-of-mind returns are not offered unless required by applicable law. If you receive the wrong item, the wrong size, or a item with a substantial defect (e.g. major damage, wrong garment type), raise the issue at delivery with your order number ready (from checkout confirmation or account). Keep photos if you dispute condition on arrival.

Where we agree a mistake or defect is on us, we may offer replacement, partial refund in cash, or another remedy we agree in writing. Items must be unworn and returned in the condition received if we ask for return inspection.

Optional accounts let you view order history. You may sign in with email and password or Google. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure. See our Privacy Policy for how account data is handled.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kut is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order (cash on delivery).

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Tunisian consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. If a dispute cannot be resolved at delivery or through your order record, competent courts in Tunisia may have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
